Employment Type: Part-Time/Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays; flexible schedule typically between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Teller III - 10.1.26
- Process teller transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Cross-sell appropriate banking products and services to support customer growth and retention.
- Assist with daily teller scheduling and provide leadership support during peak periods.
- Conduct vault and cash drawer audits and help maintain regulatory compliance.
- Train and mentor new tellers and support ongoing team development.
- Assist with updates to teller manuals, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain the branch control binder.
- Assist with customer escalations and complex transactions.
- Approve overrides and assist with error resolution within assigned limits.
- Perform quality-control checks and support audit readiness.
- Support teller call-queue participation and coach team members on effective call handling.
- Assist customers with complex online banking issues, including security lockouts, multi-factor authentication concerns, and system navigation.
- Manage the preparation and receipt of cash shipments in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
- Begin training in Universal Banker I responsibilities as time permits. Teller III - 10.1.26
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 3+ years of teller experience, with demonstrated proficiency in Teller II responsibilities.
- Previous leadership and mentoring experience within a branch environment.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to identify discrepancies and help prevent fraud.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work scheduled shifts.
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check. Teller III - 10.1.26
